Highlights from 2024

Artists from "One Peaceable Kingdom" exhibit speak with community members at the panel discussion.
Drawing Rooms continued in our remodeled gallery spaces with new seasons of exhibitions, artist talks and workshops. Your support will help us keep producing engaging exhibits and enlightening artist talks and events going for years to come!

Victory Hall/Drawing Rooms exhibited the work of more than 200 Artists this year reaching more than 10,000 viewers!

Our 2024-25 Activities:
  • 6 Drawing Rooms exhibitions per year, 20 events and artist talks,
  • 10 news articles and 5 online and print catalogs produced.
  • 90 hours of Rainbow Thursday Artist classes, 40 students with disabilities and 2 Exhibits,
  • 55 Solo-Lobby Exhibits at Art Project JC, with 20 art-tour events,
  • 8 Public Art Workshops at 5 Corners Library JC and Canco Park.
For a total of over 250 artists featured annually, over 3,000 visitors to exhibitions, 5,000 viewers of Public Art Projects, 3,000 on our newsletter list, 5,600 social media followers, and more than 18,500 people served and reached over all.
Hudson Gives 2025 continues through May 15th.

▪   Art at Bethune, our year-round free classes and community exhibit program at the Mary McLeod Bethune Center in the Greenville section of Jersey City brings art to dozens of children and shares diverse artist's experiences.

Artist Jill Scipione leads a Free Crochet Workshop for a public art project at Five Corners Library, JC.
▪ Rainbow Thursdays Artists program for adults with disabilities featured 60 classes per year, serving more than 50 participants and their families, free of charge.

▪ The Art Project continues to give us opportunity to prepare new exhibits in residential buildings. We now produce over 55 solo-artist and multiple-artist lobby exhibits in 5 accessible buildings year-round. ​
