Drawing Rooms is excited to announce our next exhibition, Right Now It's All Yellow, 4/24/25-5/18/25.
Wear your sunglasses!
Inspired by the hope that Spring WILL arrive this year, and having hope for all sorts of things anyway, electrical bananas, the sun, daffodils, lemons and yellow submarines, Drawing Rooms spring exhibit, "Right Now It's All Yellow" features drawing, painting, collage, mixed media, photography and textiles by 70 artists.
The show is dedicated to Donovan whose music was emblematic of the flower power era with its blend of folk, pop, psychedelica and jazzy stylings, and whose early songs, Mellow Yellow, Sunshine Superman and Colours, we especially like.

Drawing Rooms is a nonprofit art space and gallery in the Topps Building on the Mana Campus in the Journal Square neighborhood in Jersey City. We show two and three-dimensional works by emerging and mid-career artists in NJ and the NY metropolitan area. Our innovative and exciting exhibitions, public programs and publications enrich the lives of our community through an appreciation of and involvement with contemporary art.
