CONSIGNMENT FORM
The Big Small Show 2024 at Drawing Rooms (DR) Exhibit and Artsy Consignment Agreement

1. The Artist submitting artwork represents, warrants and guarantees that they are the creator and sole owner of the artwork submitted and it is wholly original with the Artist and has not been copied in whole or in part from any other work. To the best of the Artist’s knowledge its presentation does not and will not violate, conflict with or infringe upon any rights of any nature whatsoever of any person, firm or corporation. 

2. DR honors and appreciates the value of the Artist’s work. We make every effort, and are committed to protecting and assuring its safety. DR will provide insurance to cover theft, loss or damage to artwork while the artwork is on display at the gallery.

3. Work must arrived framed or mounted on cradled panel. Interior size of frame not to exceed 18 x 24. Works that do not comply upon arrival will not be accepted. All artworks are to remain on display for the duration of the show.

4. DR may choose not to include a work for any reason prior to the opening of the show. All work must be that which was presented during the planning of the exhibition. Substitutions are NOT allowed. Works will be checked at drop-off.

5. The Artist is fully responsible for delivering the artwork to and removing it from the gallery by the drop-off and pick-up dates. DR and its representatives are not responsible for any loss or damage to artwork while in transit to and from the gallery. Artwork is to be picked up by scheduled pickup date.

6. The following commission/payment terms will apply to each artwork sold from the exhibition: 60% payment to ARTIST, 40% to GALLERY. Price is as you listed on Cafe and can not be changed.

7. As this is a fundraiser show, work may be sold off the wall during the course of the show. Payment to the ARTIST will be provided within 30 days after receipt of payment from Buyer to DR.

8. All artwork and/or photographs submitted to DR may be used for promotional and support materials (catalogue, press materials, etc.). All artist’s statements, resumes and bios submitted may be included in their entirety or in edited form in the gallery support materials and press materials.

CONSIGNMENT ON ARTSY
1. DR will choose which works, if any, will be posted on Artsy.

2. All artworks on Artsy are to remain available for sale there by DR for up to 6 months after the close of the DR exhibit.

3. DR does not require exclusivity for the works during this time. We understand your work may go into other shows and or be sold elsewhere. We only require commission on works we sell.

4. If one of these artworks sells elsewhere, Artist must let DR know within 3 days so we can mark it Sold.

5. The following commission/payment terms will apply to each artwork sold on Artsy: 60% payment to Artist, 40% to DR.

ARTSY SALES AND SHIPPING After Exhibit Close
1. DR will handle all Collector communication and negotiate sales.

2. Artist is responsible for packing the work to ship.

3. Artist will ship work within 7 days of confirmed sale.

4. Cost of shipping and shipping insurance will be covered by Collector.

5. Payment to Artist will be provided within 30 days after receipt of payment from Collector.
