HANGING FEE: Please pay below
There is a $40 hanging fee for accepted artists which includes the cost of a copy of Drawing Rooms 2019 Yearbook. A work from each artist in the exhibit will be reproduced in the Yearbook catalogue.
The catalogue will also be available to view online and for sale on Amazon and at Drawing Rooms.

POSTCARDS will arrive in time to distribute when you Drop Off your work.

The 2019 YEARBOOK will be available to the artists at the Artist Reception.

MEET THE ARTISTS events present an opportunity for you to meet one another and the public will have a chance to meet you.

RETURN OF ARTWORK
Artists are responsible for picking up artwork. Prepaid mailing label must accompany all works to be shipped/mailed back.

EXHIBITION AGREEMENT Please read this agreement in its entirety.
These are the terms of the loan of artwork for THE BIG SHOW: All Animals Welcome

1.. Drawing Rooms honors and appreciates the value of the Artist’s work. We make every effort, and are committed to protecting and assuring its safety. Drawing Rooms will provide insurance to cover theft, loss or damage to artwork while the artwork is on display at the gallery.

2. All artworks are to remain on display for the duration of the show.

3. All framed works must be ready to hang. Unframed 2d  / 3d wall works must have tabs or another hanging device.

4. Drawing Rooms may choose not to include a work for any reason prior to the opening of the show. All work must be that which was chosen by the Curator. Substitutions are not allowed.

5. The Artist is fully responsible for delivering the artwork to and removing it from the gallery by the drop-off and pick-up dates. If Artist is unable to make the drop off or pickup, Artist may send someone on their behalf. Drawing Rooms and its representatives are not responsible for any loss or damage to artwork while in transit to and from the gallery. Artwork is to be picked up by scheduled pickup date. Works unclaimed and left without artist/gallery agreement after 2 weeks becomes the property of Drawing Rooms to disperse as it sees fit.

6. The following commission/payment terms will apply to each artwork sold from the exhibition or extra works not on display: 60% to Artist, 40% to Gallery.

7. Artwork sold during the show must remain for the duration of the show. Payment to the Artist will be provided within 30 days after receipt of payment from Buyer to Drawing Rooms.

8. All artwork and/or photographs submitted to Drawing Rooms may be used for promotional and support materials (catalogue, press materials, etc.). All artist’s statements submitted may be included in their entirety or in edited form in the gallery support materials and press materials.
