Bruce Halpin Artist Bio & Statement
Bruce Halpin studied painting with Howard Buchwald, Elena Sisto, Paul Brown,  Judy Pfaff, Arthur Danto, and Robert C. Morgan at Columbia University where he received his MFA in 1991. Before that, he studied at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts and Muhlenberg College. He has been a fellow at the Edward F. Albee foundation and Artist in residence at the Allentown Art Center in Allentown, Pa. His work is in numerous public and private collections. Mr. Halpin lives and works in Jersey City.
